We have implemented a stringent set of processes following ISO 17799/27001 in order to effectively protect and ensure the safety of our client's IPR. We are CMMI L3 certified and follow these processes on all projects.  We also implement ISO9001 certified processes internally.

 
Offshore Center

CIeNET Offshore Centers offer offsite software development and testing options to companies looking for alternatives to in-house development to extend their current R&D capabilities. Experienced CIeNET project managers and team leads manage and supervise the delivery of work assignments to meet project timelines and delivery expectations. CMMI Level 3 software development and testing processes are implemented and tailored according to project requirements. Regularly scheduled status reports and deliverables are integrated into the project plan and strictly adhered to. Online tracking of project statuses are available to increase client managers’ ability to monitor project progress.

Following our commitment to IPR protection, our Offshore Centers implement strict security protocols including access control entry, video surveillance, and 24 hour security personnel. All projects are self-contained in private facilities and are never co-shared. Networks are dedicated to respective clients and projects and are protected by network firewalls. ISO 9001 guides the implementation of our IT services.  ISO17799/27001 processes are followed to protect information security. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans are established for each Offshore Center to ensure the continuity and stability of the project with backups being saved regularly in dual locations. Our server rooms follow fire-proofing measures including fire-proof doors and have an additional layer of security with two-way and two-factor authentication entry security.

 
Technical Consulting
CIeNET domain experts provide technical consultation on client projects from project planning to delivery.  Our Consultant Specialists leverage years of experience and domain expertise to deliver the best recommendations.  Our experts will analyze project goals and requirements with project managers to fully understand the scope of the work.  They shall evaluate all possible solutions, including technical platforms and languages, delivery schedules, delivery models, and team sizes, etc. to best meet project expectations. Deliveries shall include multiple proposals which weigh in various pros and cons with detailed explanations of each. 
 
Managed Service
CIeNET will assemble a project team inclusive of project manager, team lead(s), developers, and testers to work onsite at client facilities in a fully managed environment.  CIeNET management will take responsibility for meeting project deliverables, managing project team members, and following the project plan.  Project manager and team lead(s) will act as single points of contact with client management to provide timely status updates, facilitate open communications, and ensure quality of deliverables and mitigate any changes in project planning.
 
Technical Staffing

CIeNET engineers work onsite at client facilities under direct management of client.  Engineers are assigned as contractors to augment client project teams for both short- and long-term assignments depending on client needs.  Currently, CIeNET has this model employed in a variety of industries including Media and Entertainment, Telecommunications, and Oil and Gas.
